We’re seeking a confident, personable, and professional Outbound Caller to support our greater team across location specific campaigns. You’ll be contacting owners of residential building companies across Australia and New Zealand, or the United States and Canada (depending on your location), with an exclusive offer, for example: inviting them to one of our highly rated in-person events and securing their registration.
This is not just about making calls, it’s about engaging conversations, consistent follow-up, and driving tangible outcomes.

Calling a curated list of residential building company owners
Using a proven script (no improvisation) to invite them to a free, in-person event or offering a free digital resource
Sending follow-up emails and SMS messages via HubSpot
Reaching back out to interested contacts for three consecutive days until they register (or decline)
Logging every call, outcome, and task in HubSpot
Reporting directly to the APB Representative team leader with daily and weekly updates
Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales
Strong call control skills - you can hold the conversation and keep people engaged
A warm, friendly, and professional phone manner
High energy and resilience (This is a high-volume role)
Experience using HubSpot CRM for calls, emails, and record-keeping
A fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Availability to work during Monday-Friday 8am-5pm AEST/CST (location dependant)

Pay: Annual base salary plus superannuation plus bonus per marketing qualified lead added (details provided during interview)
