Are you an experienced outbound caller who thrives on results?

Do you enjoy fast-paced, high-volume campaigns where your ability to connect and influence makes a real difference?

We’re seeking a confident, personable, and professional Outbound Caller to support our greater team across location specific campaigns. You’ll be contacting owners of residential building companies across Australia and New Zealand, or the United States and Canada (depending on your location), with an exclusive offer, for example: inviting them to one of our highly rated in-person events and securing their registration.

This is not just about making calls, it’s about engaging conversations, consistent follow-up, and driving tangible outcomes.

About This Role

What You’ll Be Doing

Tick Calling a curated list of residential building company owners

Tick Using a proven script (no improvisation) to invite them to a free, in-person event or offering a free digital resource

Tick Sending follow-up emails and SMS messages via HubSpot

Tick Reaching back out to interested contacts for three consecutive days until they register (or decline)

Tick Logging every call, outcome, and task in HubSpot

Tick Reporting directly to the APB Representative team leader with daily and weekly updates

What you'll be doing

You Must Have

Tick Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales

Tick Strong call control skills - you can hold the conversation and keep people engaged

Tick A warm, friendly, and professional phone manner

Tick High energy and resilience (This is a high-volume role)

Tick Experience using HubSpot CRM for calls, emails, and record-keeping

Tick A fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Tick Availability to work during Monday-Friday 8am-5pm AEST/CST (location dependant)

Tick Pay: Annual base salary plus superannuation plus bonus per marketing qualified lead added (details provided during interview)
