The role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing and requires a t-shaped marketer with expertise in copywriting & an eye for branding/design.

 

Here's what is required

  • Execution:
    • Copywriting (scripts, emails, social media, landing pages)
    • JV Partner marketing
    • Social Media content, posting and strategy
    • Product launch strategies and execution
    • Quality control on all assets under the APB brand
  • Management
    • Budget Management ($2.4million Advertising Budget)
    • Overseeing paid advertising strategies and contractors
    • Content calendar creation and execution
    • Running daily huddles
    • Managing training calendars for your team
  • Leadership
    • Controlling brand voice and reporting to leadership
    • Seeking new advertising opportunities
    • Interviewing and hiring new team members
    • Onboarding and training new team members

Think of it as a hands-on marketing role where you can set the plan and lead your team to follow. It’s a combination of doing and leading.
