Here's what is required

  • Sales
    • Prospecting, selling and onboarding new clients
    • Presenting live webinars
    • Presenting live demonstrations
    • Travel for live events (nationally and internationally)
  • Management
    • Running daily huddles
    • Running monthly group training sessions
    • Coordinate output with input available, ensure nothing is overlooked
    • Updating and improving sales manual
  • Leadership
    • Inspire team daily
    • Setting sales targets & reporting to leadership
    • Interviewing and hiring new team members
    • Onboarding and training new team members
  • Ownership
    • Complete responsibility for new sales and renewals
    • Constant learning and upskilling to share new ideas with your team
