Maintain accurate notes, outcomes, and next steps in HubSpot.
Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Is confident running full sales conversations end-to-end.
Asks strong questions and leads prospects to clear decisions.
Understands that selling is service, not pressure.
Is accountable, organised, and disciplined with follow-up.
Keeps CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date.
Is coachable, resilient, and motivated by measurable outcomes.
