Onboard new members efficiently and professionally.
Guide new members through next steps, expectations, and program access.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned member accounts.
Manage simple account queries and coordination.
Identify and facilitate upsell opportunities where appropriate.
Handle member renewals and renewal conversations annually.
Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and outcomes in HubSpot.
Work closely with Sales and Coaching teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
Is confident speaking with clients and guiding conversations.
Is highly organised and follows processes consistently.
Understands that retention and renewals are earned, not assumed.
Can identify opportunities to upsell appropriately and professionally.
Takes ownership of accounts and follows through.
Keeps CRM records accurate and up to date.
