Core Responsabilities

Tick Onboard new members efficiently and professionally.

Tick Guide new members through next steps, expectations, and program access.

Tick Act as the primary point of contact for assigned member accounts.

Tick Manage simple account queries and coordination.

Tick Identify and facilitate upsell opportunities where appropriate.

Tick Handle member renewals and renewal conversations annually.

Tick Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and outcomes in HubSpot.

Tick Work closely with Sales and Coaching teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
